AYVA AT MIDTOWN

This project is a 4-story ground up urban infill micro-unit multi-family project, the first of its kind in Oklahoma City. Architecturally contextual with the adjacent historic Pasteur Medical Office Building. The project utilizes adjacent historic structured parking shared with the existing office building. The building features 78 units of approximately 450 sf with featured balconies, shared amenities, including an outdoor communal space bound by the historic garage and new building which will occupy an existing surface parking lot. Exterior masonry cladding is intended to complement the existing building palate.
