Our work started in July of 2019, completed April of 2020 at a cost $3,651,183. The building had sat idle for 3 months, with liens filed, structural failures in progress, mistakes in original structure construction, massive leaks combined with minor waterproofing mistakes. Our work involved remediation of all poorly constructed issues, and completion of the original project scope.
