PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Originally started as a CM project, the main facility was set to use a traditional design process with the Architect hired direct by the Owner. After irrecoverable challenges occurred during the design process, the Owner entered into a lawsuit with the Architect, and we negotiated a design-build contract to complete the project and add a 2nd phase to the project. Completed successfully including challenging aspects such as underground fire storage tank+pump, FEMA 361 safe room/data center, and automatic emergency generators.
