THE FISTA

We recently finished this renovation of an existing building for the Fires Innovation Science & Technology Accelerator (FISTA). This innovation park was built to government security requirements and includes office spaces, a large conference room and tenant spaces. This is the Development Trust Authority’s renovation of the former Sears Building in Lawton, OK. This project was especially difficult as we had lead time issues and had to come up with solutions to ensure we stayed on schedule. The renovation itself presented challenges as the original building was old, therefore our team had to overcome challenges bringing items up to code, notably electric and fire suppression.
