QUAD Construction completed the renovation of Sovereign Bank Oklahoma’s first retail branch in Edmond. The 8,513 SF project converted an existing building into a fully operational banking facility, delivered on schedule and within budget. Work included interior and exterior improvements, new infrastructure, and careful coordination with the Owner to ensure a seamless transition from construction to occupancy. The project reflects QUAD’s continued experience completing high-quality financial institutions in active commercial settings.
