YMCA E.K. GAYLORD BUILDING

This project is an Historic Preservation National Park Service compliant project. The project was a thorough renovation of exterior façade and window/door systems, preservation of stone work, as well as interior life safety upgrades, upgrades to Mechanical and Electrical systems and interior office layout and finishes. We are currently under construction on this building again doing a TI for a local architect office. Our dedication to continuing relationships with our clients that surpasses decades is evident on this and many of our long-term clients. This iconic project has been a beautiful representation of how we work towards preserving anchor architectural buildings in our community
