QUAD Construction completed the ground-up construction of a new Whole Foods Market grocery store featuring a steel-framed structure with zinc and ACM paneling and a dry-stacked stone façade. The project scope included delivery of the building shell and core with an unconditioned white box interior, requiring careful coordination of structural systems, exterior detailing, and schedule execution to prepare the facility for future grocery operations and tenant build-out.
