SOVEREIGN BANK

QUAD completed the renovation of Sovereign Bank Oklahoma’s first Edmond branch. The 8,513 SF project converted an existing building into a fully operational banking facility, delivered on schedule and within budget. Work included interior and exterior improvements, new infrastructure, a repurposed vault now serving as a conference room, and careful coordination with the Owner to ensure a seamless transition from construction to occupancy.
