ROSE CREEK CLUBHOUSE

This project is a complete overhaul of interiors including demolition of all interior spaces, structural upgrades and modifications, enclosing exterior patio space into existing building and extending restaurant by double size, addition to members only lounge and complete new design of bars, built in seating, mechanical and electrical upgrades, all finishes, fixtures and equipment. This project was a Design- Build approach, and collaborated with Gardner throughout the entire process. Scope of this project doubled during construction, which pressed time and cost constraints to the max, but our team did not miss time deadlines.
