QUAD Construction has been working on the Metro Technology Centers $80 million dollar bond since 2019. This bond was particularly challenging, as it was planned pre-pandemic, yet still had to execute and deliver all the programming objectives during the pandemic (and after cost escalation/inflation started to occur). We are wrapping up our last few projects this year.
