PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We converted 38,000sf into usable warehouse space to accommodate a homeless overnight shelter for the winter in just three months. The warehouse now can house up to 250 beds, and has the convenience of restrooms, mechanical equipment and storage space. This project will soon have a phase 2 to accommodate some additional needs of the homeless community.
