PROJECT DESCRIPTION
the Annex building, was the design-build renovation of an existing 11,704 SF storage facility at the cost of $920,688. Challenged by a rapidly changing enrollment in the Spring of 2021, Casady realized they had desperate need for additional classrooms but no time to traditionally design and build a solution. With no other options, Casady approached us (S&P) about a design-build scenario that could achieve move-in status of 13 new classrooms with offices and restrooms by the beginning of August 2021.
