PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project was 55,644 SF of existing retail space that was renovated into educational and office spaces. This space houses all the administrative offices, conference rooms, boardrooms, and consultation spaces for new student orientation purposes. The space also features classrooms and meeting spaces where teachers can meet with their students face to face. Epic occupies the entire third floor of the mall. This renovation required special precautions to ensure our construction team didn’t disrupt the active mall.
