PROJECT DESCRIPTION
QUAD Construction was awarded the $8.8MM MCN PPE Warehouse project in September 2020 after implementing aggressive cost-saving strategies that brought the project within the Muscogee (Creek) Nation’s original budget. The team delivered the new 37,000 SF concrete tilt-up, steel-framed PPE storage facility and all associated site infrastructure by March 2021, completing construction in just five months. Throughout the project, our management team coordinated 23 trade contractors while our self-perform division executed over 22% of the scope, including all concrete work.
