Chisholm Creek is one of North Oklahoma City’s premier mixed-use developments, offering shopping, dining, residential, office, and entertainment spaces. Over the course of four phases spanning three years, our team completed 11 projects within this vibrant entertainment district. We worked with multiple architects for each phase, Mass Architecture, Fitzsimmons Architecture, and Beck Design. From local shops to restaurants, QUAD helped complete all new construction delivery from structure to tenant improvement.
